Over VND59,400 billion worth of medium-term public investment capital for Da Nang for 2021 – 2025

The Da Nang administration has just issued a resolution regarding the implementation of the medium-term public investment plan using the funding from the Ste budget for the 2021 – 2025 period as follow.

The total social development investment capital for the 2021 – 2025period will reach about VND 260,000 – 270,000 billion, in which the proportion of public investment capital reached 20-22% of the total investment capital of the whole society.

The city will strive to ensure the average disbursement rate of public investment capital in the 2021-2025 period reaches over 90% of the assigned plan, whilst the number of projects completed in the period make up for ver 80% of the total allocated with capital.

Specifically, over VND59,400 billion worth of medium-term public investment capital from the State budget for the 2021 – 2025 period will be allocated to the city.

Of this figure, over VND59,166 billion is from domestic sources and VND330 billion is worth of ODA capital following the approval by the national government.

The amount of money be used to develop key projects and groups of works which drive the city’s socio-economic development.

Also, the city will develop investment projects in Southern Laotian provinces in line with the already-sign bilaterial memorandum of understanding.
