Intelligent Operations Center

The Da Nang IOC ((Intelligent Operations Center) is a key component of the smart city architecture. It is established as the city’s centralized operations center, responsible for aggregating and analyzing urban data across all sectors — ranging from public administration, environment, healthcare, and education to citizen feedback — and providing a comprehensive, real-time overview to leaders at all levels to support monitoring, operations management, decision-making, and the management of urban service quality.
