During his reception in Da Nang on Monday for Mr. Emil Boc, Mayor of Cluj Napoca, Romania, Permanent Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Ho Ky Minh informed about some of the city’s outstanding socio-economic results and introduced the areas that the city is attracting investment such as tourism, innovative startups, information technology, semiconductor and digital transformation.
Vice Chairman Minh expressed his desire to establish a friendly and investment cooperation relationship between Da Nang and Cluj Napoca in a number of spheres.
In reply, Mayor Emil Boc said that Cluj Napoca is the second largest city in Romania, and is home to many famous technology and startup companies and large universities.
Mr. Emil Boc highly appreciated the cooperation between the Babes Bolyai University and the Da Nang University. He affirmed to continue promoting educational cooperation with Da Nang in the coming time.
