Vietnamese film “The beautiful woman” produced by The Liberation Film Joint Stock Company is selected to be screened at the opening of the Film Week.

Screening Schedule

With the theme of “Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future”, The Viet Nam Film Week 2017 connects the cultures of APEC member economies, contributing to the building of the Asia-Pacific community of  peace, stability, dynamism, cohesion and prosperity.

The Film Week is implemented by Decision No 3264/QD-BVHTTDL on 25

The Film Week is presided by the APEC National Committee 2017, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Viet Nam Cinema Department, coordinating with the International Cooperation Department, APEC 2017 National Secretariat, Material – Logistics Sub-Committee and Security – Health Sub-Committee, Ministry of Information and Communications, Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports, Da Nang People’s Committee, Da Nang Department of Culture and Sports to implement.

As a welcoming event of  The Asia – Pacific Economic Cooperation Viet Nam 2017, the Film Week introduces outstanding movies from APEC member economies’ cinemas whereby the Film Week introduces culture, life and people of APEC member economies, contributing to the enhancement of mutual understandings among nations, creating a basis of expanding economic cooperation.
