Tiếng ViệtThe Management Board of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones has issued Notice No. 1013/TB-BQL, announcing projects calling for investment in the city’s hi-tech park, concentrated digital technology park, free trade zone and industrial parks for 2026 – 2030.
The list includes 10 projects in technological science and information technology, with investment capital ranging from USD 10 – 15 million per hectare. These projects cover data centres, high-tech industries, aviation and aerospace, and robotics manufacturing.
Five projects focus on infrastructure development for functional zones within the free trade zone, including construction and operation of infrastructure at five designated sites (Zones 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7).
Other 10 projects involve the development and operation of infrastructure in industrial parks, including those associated with Hoa Nhon, Binh Lam – Binh Lanh, Dai Son, Dai Loc, Phu Xuan, and Bac Thang Binh industrial zones.
Notably, the Management Board prioritises attracting strategic investors in line with Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 dated June 26, 2024, on the organisation of urban government and pilot mechanisms and policies for Da Nang’s development, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 259/2025/QH15.
