The Da Nang Open Dancesport Tournament 2021 will go virtual starting from December 5.
Under the competition’s rules, contestants will compete in the sports event according to their age. There will be 8 prescribed age groups: Kids (born in 2014 and later), Children 1 (2012 – 2013), Children 2 (2010 – 2011), Teenagers 1 (2008 – 2009), Teenagers 2 (2006 – 2007), Youth (1992 – 2005), Middle Age 1 (1977 – 1991) and Middle Age 2 (born in 1976 or earlier).
Dancers of all ages will compete in a total of 9 dance events with Latin and Standard dance styles. Contestants in the age groups of Kids and Children categories are recommended to wear dance costumes according to the World Dance Federation (WDSF) Dress Regulations.
