Tiếng ViệtDa Nang People’s Committee has approved the investment policy and investor for the construction and business operation project at the Functional Area Infrastructure at Site No. 6 in the city’s Free Trade Zone.
The project’s proposed trade name is the International Commercial & Service Gateway, with an operational term of 70 years starting from the date of the Vietnamese Government’s land lease decision.
The approved investor, FTZ KITA Trung Nam Co., Ltd., is headquartered on the 3rd floor of the Indochina Riverside Tower, No. 74 Bach Dang Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang.
The project will be implemented in Ba Na Commune, spanning an area of approximately 154 hectares. It has a total investment capital of VND 3,354.8 billion, including VND 800 billion from the investor and over VND 2,554 billion mobilized from credit institutions and other legitimate sources.
The entire project is expected to be completed, inspected, and put into operation, with a push to attract secondary investors, by the fourth quarter of 2029, prior to the final settlement of project components in 2030.
The Da Nang People’s Committee has assigned the Da Nang Specific Economic Zones Authority to coordinate closely with relevant departments and agencies to monitor, inspect, and guide the developer in implementing the project in accordance with the schedule and planning objectives while also ensuring data connectivity and sharing with the city’s smart free trade zone system.
