EnglishThe Da Nang Department of Construction issued an official dispatch to update information on social housing projects built from non-state budget capital that are eligible to sell formed-in- the- future houses.
The social housing apartment project at land lot B4-1 and a similar one at land lot B4-2, both belong to the green urban area Bau Tram Lakeside in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, developed by the Saigon – Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company, have a total of 1,376 apartments permitted to go on sale.
Households and individuals can contact project developers to make registrations for buying social housing, especially those with housing difficulties such as workers in industrial parks, poor, low-income families with a large number of members, and households displaced due to urban development projects.
