The Department of Tourism announced that it has just organised a programme to promote Da Nang tourism in Chengdu, China.

During the programme, the department introduced information on destinations, new tourism products, festival events, tourism environment and incentive programmes to attract MICE and wedding tourists in Da Nang, at the same time, received information and proposals from tourism units on promoting the reopening of Chengdu - Da Nang direct flights.

Leaders and tourism businesses of the two localities also discussed and exchanged difficulties and solutions to improve the quality of products and services, aimed at satisfying the needs and tastes of tourists.

The programme is expected to bring practical values, and support businesses of both sides in a bid to effectively exploit customer sources in the coming time.
