The Danang Smart City application has just integrated a feature that allows users to look up information about famous people, places and historical events associated with the names of local streets.

To look up information, users open the ‘Culture - Tourism’ section, then select ‘Celebrities - street names’.

When users stand at any street location on the map, they just need click "view information" to get information, history of celebrities, places and historical events associated with street names. Included are images and some basic information about the road such as name, location, length, width, starting and ending points, construction history and naming time.

Currently, the app has updated information of nearly 2,000 celebrities associated with street names in the city and is continuing to update information and data in the coming time.

Recently, the Danang Smart City app has added the item "Digital transformation suggestions". Accordingly, users can contribute ideas and plans on digital transformation for the city in all socio-economic fields through the app.

In particular, Youth Union members who have creative ideas and plans in digital transformation will be selected and awarded by the municipal Youth Union at the upcoming Digital Transformation Festival slated for mid-August 2023 in response to the Da Nang Digital Transformation Day (August 28).
