The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications have trialed to operate the data services portal and the Give and Receive app.
As an important component of the ‘Building a smart city’ project, the data services portal at
www.congdulieu.vn
is a platform for publicising specialised and open data so as to serve the demands of organisations and individuals through web forms, SMS, and zalo.
It also allows users to utilise open data to create their new products/apps benefiting the community.
Currently, there are a total of about 80 data provided through the portal, including a list of facilities meeting food hygiene and safety standards, urban /rural land prices, bus routes, immunisation facilities, healthcare facilities, ATMs, hotels, and festival events.
The Give and Receive app at

is a free platform which allows users to present their own valuable items and gadgets to others, and appeals for philanthropists to organise online charity programmes for the sake of the needy.
This app could be downloaded from the App Store and CH Play for installation. Users can login / register accounts through their phone number or Facebook accounts.
